"So the first bike I bought from them, a Yamaha did not go so well. It was in for repair several times right from the get go. When I told them I was unhappy and wanted to bring the bike back they stepped up and did what they had to do to make me happy. I love my new bike and am glad they chose to stand behind their product and reputation. It shows they care about their customers and not just the bottom line.

"I recently went to pick up a new Sportsman 300 for my mom and decided to buy three Outlaws and a Phoenix 200 for my girls. David, the salesman, took get care of me and was very informative and kind. I will be in next year to up grade my machine! My girls caught Weaver Fever and are having a ball with my husband and I and of course their brother, who rides a 330 Trail Boss. "We were twelve hundred miles away from home on a vacation we had planned for years. The fuel pump on my 2005 Midnight Venture went out just before we got to the Canadian border. The wrecker took us to the Weaver Motor sports Marine dealership told them we we out of state on vacation they started immediately checking the bike out to see what was wrong. They found we needed a fuel pump but they didn't have one in stock so they pulled a brand new 2008 off of the showroom floor took the pump off it and put it on my bike so we could go on with our vacation. Service with Yamaha is always good but this dealer went far past good to excellent in taking care of me, a person they had never seen before and will probably never see again. I thank you for making our vacation a success!"

"I wouldn't normally take the time to write anything about my experience with a purchase, but in this case I felt compelled to. You guys are top notch! I walked in to your showroom not knowing alot about motorcycles, and had to ask alot of questions. Not once was I made to feel like I was using up your time (even though I know you were very busy at the time) I had all my question answered, was given info on a whole range of bikes, (used and new) even was offered to take one for a ride, which I did and ended up buying it ( how could I not buy, the ride sold me ) I just had an all around excellent experience from the first day I walked in and talked to Bob Weaver, to the time I picked up my bike and took it home. ( also, I'd like to thank Kyle for all the work she did on helping me get the motorcycle across the border ) You guys are the best ! ! ! "

I just wanted to take a secound to drop this message, last night I picked up my new Yamaha Grizzly 450 and I wanted to let you know that even though I have only drove it for a few seconds around your lot and at my home I love it and also Dave, Mike and even Dennis made my buying experience great! They really worked with me on the whole process even went as far as helping me to get my helmet and accessories and loading the ATV in my truck. What more can you ask for? Not much I think. I have been in sales for the last 5 years and I am very impressed..

Your service dept is very accommodating for us when we had an oil leak right after the bike was delivered. I live 50 miles from the store and Ray was able to fit it in right away.
