"I can't say enough about my great experience with Bob Weaver. I received amazing service and respect when I first visited your store. You have no idea how much better the sales and service team is compared to the 3 shops here in Rochester that I have visited in my quest to purchase a motorcycle. Todd Munro took great care of me and gave great advice on my way to purchasing my 2006 Victory 8-Ball. Being a new rider it was nice to deal with someone who was genuine about getting me on a good comfortable bike not just "a" bike to make a sale. When I picked up my bike it was great to receive some help from one of the shop guys (my apology i forgot his name but he should be commended, Todd will know who I'm talking about). I had to trailer the bike, because I live in Rochester and Todd and the dude from the shop were a great help removing the gate on the trailer so the bike would fit and also helping us get the bike strapped down perfectly. It made a new owner feel good that everyone cared enough to help ensure the bike made it home in perfect condition. All in all I had an amazing experience with Bob Weaver Motorsports. Great help, great advice, easy laidback respectful staff. When I make it up to Buffalo I'm sure I will be stopping in to get supplies for my new baby. The bike is amazing, and thanks to everyone at Bob Weaver for making it the easiest big ticket purchase I have ever made. If you hadn't gone to such lengths our trip would have been seriously affected. As it turned out, the folks at Sill's Motorsports in Cleveland were also terrific and replaced the tire right away once we showed up the next morning. It was a fun experience and the wife was having a blast sitting on the different motorcycles and talking with their sales manager and the owner. We had a wonderful ride back home to Sacramento taking all back roads. And, believe it or not, we never got rained on the entire 25 days except for a short period during the climb over Monarch Pass in Colorado, 1 day in Pennsylvania and a morning in W. Virginia. The Sun Gods were keeping an eye out for us. We covered 7,350 miles total. Our 32 year old Beemer performed like a dream and now has 193,344 miles under its wheels! "We were twelve hundred miles away from home on a vacation we had planned for years. The fuel pump on my 2005 Midnight Venture went out just before we got to the Canadian border. The wrecker took us to the Weaver Motor sports Marine dealership told them we we out of state on vacation they started immediately checking the bike out to see what was wrong. They found we needed a fuel pump but they didn't have one in stock so they pulled a brand new 2008 off of the showroom floor took the pump off it and put it on my bike so we could go on with our vacation. Service with Yamaha is always good but this dealer went far past good to excellent in taking care of me, a person they had never seen before and will probably never see again. I thank you for making our vacation a success!"
